1. Who we are

This policy covers the SLOPS website, the $SLOP token, and the SLOPS app (collectively, the “Service”). It explains what limited information we handle and how.

2. What we collect

• Wallet address. When you connect a wallet or play, your public wallet address and on-chain transactions are used to run the Service. This information is public on the blockchain.
• Basic usage & presence. We may process anonymous, aggregated signals (such as how many people are on a page at once) to power live features. This is not tied to your identity.
• Profile you choose to set. If you set a display name or avatar in the app, that is stored to show on leaderboards. Don’t upload anything you wouldn’t want public.
• Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

We do not collect your real name, email address, or government ID to use this website.

3. How we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To process on-chain deposits, play, and withdrawals.
• To power live and social features (presence, leaderboards).
• To detect abuse, fraud, and prohibited use.

4. Cookies & local storage

We may use local storage or similar technologies to remember basic preferences and run features (for example, a random anonymous visitor id for live presence). We do not use them to build an advertising profile of you.

5. Third parties

The Service relies on third parties such as the Solana blockchain, wallet providers, hosting/infrastructure, and (where applicable) the Solana dApp Store. Their handling of your data is governed by their own policies. Blockchain data is public and permanent by design.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us run the Service, or where required by law.

7. Your choices

You can stop using the Service at any time. Because blockchain transactions are public and permanent, on-chain records cannot be deleted. For anything we hold off-chain (such as a display name), you can ask us to remove it.

8. Children

The Service is strictly for adults (18+ or the legal age in your jurisdiction). It is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
