Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers the SLOPS website at slops.world. The SLOPS casino app at play.slops.world has its own privacy policy, which applies whenever you play — including when the app is shown inside a frame on our play page.

2. What we collect

• An anonymous visitor id. To power live features (the community bag worker and on-page presence counts) we store a random id in your browser’s local storage and count it, with a short expiry, in our infrastructure. It contains nothing about you and is not tied to your identity or wallet.
• Aggregate counts. How many people are on a page and how many taps the community has banked — numbers, not profiles.
• Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting provider may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

This website never sees your wallet, and we do not collect your real name, email address, or government ID. Wallet connections, play history, and any profile you set (display name, avatar) happen in the app and are covered by the app’s policy.

3. How we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To power live community features (presence counts, the bag worker).
• To detect abuse of those features.

4. Cookies & local storage

This website sets no cookies. It uses local storage for one thing: the random anonymous visitor id described above. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you. The embedded app and any third-party pages you open may set their own cookies under their own policies.

5. Third parties

• The SLOPS app. The play page embeds play.slops.world; using it is governed by the app’s own terms and privacy policy.
• TikTok. The homepage shows our latest TikTok posts. The images load from TikTok’s servers, so TikTok may see your IP address when they load; we fetch the profile data itself on our server, not from your browser.
• Google Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google, which may see your IP address when they load.
• Wallet apps. The wallet buttons on the play page hand you to Phantom or Solflare (or their app-store pages); what happens there is governed by their policies.
• Hosting & infrastructure. Standard providers run the site and its live counters under their own policies.

Outbound links (X, pump.fun, dexscreener and similar) take you to services we don’t control. Blockchain data is public and permanent by design.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us run the Service, or where required by law.

7. Your choices

You can stop using the Service at any time. Because blockchain transactions are public and permanent, on-chain records cannot be deleted. For anything we hold off-chain (such as a display name), you can ask us to remove it.

8. Children

The Service is strictly for adults (18+ or the legal age in your jurisdiction). It is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
