Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing SLOPS, the $SLOP token, or the SLOPS app (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using it you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Service involves wagering items of real value and may constitute gambling. Online gambling is illegal or restricted in many countries, states, and territories. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located. We do not intend the Service to be used by anyone in a jurisdiction where doing so would be illegal, and we may block access from such jurisdictions.

3. Nature of the Service & risk

• Games of chance carry a house edge and are designed so that, over time, players are statistically likely to lose. There is no strategy that guarantees a win.
• $SLOP and other crypto assets are volatile and may lose all value. Balances, prizes, and rewards are not guaranteed and are not deposits, investments, or securities.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse, refund, or recover funds sent in error, lost keys, or losses from play.
• Any statistics, leaderboards, APYs, or figures shown before launch are illustrative and not a promise of returns.

4. Your wallet & security

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and the security of your device. We never hold your keys and cannot access or restore your wallet. Anyone with access to your wallet can move your funds.

5. Responsible play

Gambling can be addictive. Set limits, take breaks, and never chase losses or gamble money you need. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, seek help from a professional support service in your country (for example, resources such as GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous, or your local equivalent).

6. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLOPS and its contributors are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost funds, lost profits, or losses from play, hacks, bugs, downtime, or third-party services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
